Millennial Entrepreneurship

Millennial Entrepreneurs (ME) are the generation of entrepreneurs born between 1980 and 2005 who have been discovered to be digital natives. Though there is a lot of speculation and talk in trying to have some sort of clear definition and identification of who they are; I believe to cut a potentially long and winding discussion, they are the people born in this millennium with a different approach to business, work and life general. They are were born into the tech era and automation and efficiency (accomplishing more with less) are a guiding principle for them. 

A typical ME is driven. I know as some people read this they can identify themselves - I would love to get to know yah! Please get in touch? We have 

• more females as successful millennial entrepreneurs (MEs); 
• much younger millionaires and high income earners, 
• more risk takers with a different approach to business that does not only focus on money but on have a certain quality of life. 

Millennials are known to want to work flexible hours; want more autonomy, follow their own dress code and work from home, work on something they are passionate about and still have time for family whilst living successfully. This is so different from the traditional view of what work should be like, the dress code right down to the suitable hairstyle for the office.

My focus is to support this generation of entrepreneurs (myself included) with the necessary tools, education, strategies and any other needful system so that success becomes a definite thing. The potential is amazing, the drive, creativity and innovation is amazing. Some reputable international  companies to harness that generation do not look for degrees anymore, but have adopted new ways of assessing and getting talented people. It's an amazing time to be alive.
