After 13 rewarding years in the NGO as a Finance professional, I wanted to be there for my family more. My son's first year had gone by and he hardly knew me, and as a mom that broke my heart. I was ready to spend more time with him, but obviously the issue about how to meet financial needs was the elephant in the room. After being retrenched TWICE, I decided to try out what I had been researching and start working from home. It was hard, but my son and I developed such an amazing bond and he flourished.
Working from home needs combination of support in so many ways to be a successful and build a sustainable venture. The information online is so overwhelming and my goal is to make it clearer on how to do this successfully. A person can end up working from home voluntarily or involuntarily(due to circumstances beyond their control). Either way support is critical in achieving success or building a business that will sustain.
Working from home is just like any other business. It requires support, system and tools for success. I have had over 5 years experience and I am passionate about helping others to achieve more in a shorter time. Why re-invent the wheel when you can just make modifications? Well I can only promise crazy creativity and learning, plus some challenges which make perfect ingredients for growth and progress.
